Response times

• Hours - Monday to Friday, business hours, US Central.
• First reply - within one business day.
• Weekends and holidays - no coverage. A message sent Friday evening is answered Monday.

This is a one-person operation and those hours are real rather than aspirational. If a site is fully down, put that in the subject line and it gets looked at first.

Email the same address with SECURITY in the subject. Please give me a fair chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
